You can always return your products within the return period, which is 14 days.

Fill out the form below and state that you want to return your order + the reason for your return.

Please note that it may take 7-9 business days from the time the return order is sent until it is received and processed. Refunds may take 3-10 business days depending on the bank and payment method.

Make sure that the contents of the return are/are packaged exactly as they were received. If the item has been opened/tried, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return.
