How often should you use self-tanner to maintain the color?
The frequency of self-tanning application depends on the desired color and individual skin type. To achieve and maintain a natural tan, it is typically recommended to apply self-tan once a week. If you want a deeper color, you can repeat the application every 4-5 days. Always remember to follow the product instructions for best results and adapt the use to your personal preferences.
How long should self-tanner stay on?
We recommend that you leave your self-tanner on for 6-8 hours, depending on the shade you want. The shade will gradually develop over the course of 8 hours. After 6-12 hours or when you are satisfied, you can rinse your skin with water. (You do not need to rinse, but it is recommended)
To achieve the best possible result, you should avoid physical activity and contact with water while the self-tanner is working.
Can I use self-tanner on my face?
Yes, you can. We have created our Self Tanning Drops specifically for use on the face, so they are a bit milder in color and at the same time you can choose your desired color by adjusting the number of drops.

How do you store your self-tanner?
To ensure your self-tanner maintains its freshness and effectiveness, it is important to store it correctly. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Also, avoid storing it in humid environments as this can affect the consistency and shelf life of the product. Close the bottle tightly after use to prevent air from entering and extend the shelf life.
How do I avoid streaks and uneven color?
To avoid streaks and uneven color, make sure to spread the self-tanner evenly over the skin. Work in circular motions and be careful to cover all areas. You can use a Self-Tanner Glove to make it easier and more comfortable to apply your self-tanner. In addition, you avoid your hands and fingers from being stained by the self-tanner.
How does your self-tanner smell?
We have deliberately developed our products to have less of the "classic" self-tanner smell. The Self-Tanning Drops have a neutral, clean scent and the Self-Tanning Mousse has a fresh/mild scent of melon without being synthetic.
Does self-tanner come off in the shower?
Our self-tanners are basically waterproof once they have penetrated the skin. However, the color will always fade a little after bathing or similar. The color will slowly fade over time. We typically recommend repeating the application every 7-14 days.
